Arriving and leaving

What time can we check in?

From 15:00 to 20:00. Check-out is by 10:00.

Can we check in early?

Not into the room, but you can leave your bags with us and head straight out — the same after check-out. Most guests ski on both days that way.

What if we're running late?

Tell us as soon as you know. We'd rather you arrive within the window, but if a delay is unavoidable we can set up a self check-in for arrivals after 22:00.

Can you pick us up?

Yes, free from JR Hakuba Station or the Happo bus terminal. Let us know by 18:00 the day before.

Children

How are children charged?

The same as adults, at every age. Infants count towards the room's occupancy too, so please include them when you choose a room.

Do you have cots?

Yes, free to borrow. Let us know when you book so we can set one up.

The lodge

Is there wifi?

Yes, fast wifi throughout the building.

Where do we put our skis?

There's a drying room and ski storage. Nothing wet needs to come into your room.

Can we do laundry?

Yes — the laundry room has a washer and dryer, free to use for as long as you're staying.

Is there a kitchen?

No shared kitchen, but there's a microwave you're welcome to use, and coffee, tea and drinking water are free.

Is dinner available?

Breakfast yes, dinner not as standard — but ask us and we'll usually sort something out. Hakuba Pizza delivers to the lodge too.

Where do people eat in the evening?

Amigo Bar is five minutes on foot. Echoland is about twelve minutes away and on the village shuttle, and the Tsugaike base is three minutes by car.

Rentals and lessons

We can arrange gear rental and private lessons through partners nearby. Guide prices, before tax:

Skiing and snowboarding are the same price, and your coach films you as you go. Half days start at 9:00 or 13:00. Please book at least ten days ahead. Lift passes, transport, meals and insurance aren't included, and rentals get cheaper the longer you stay.
